This historic site, part of the first phase of Leamington’s Creative Quarter masterplan, involves the conversion of an old church into a new digital creative business hub.

 

Nestled between Leamington’s railway station and the Parade, Spencer Yard represents a harmonious blend of the old and the new. The site, encompassing the Grade II Listed former United Reform Church (now known as The URC), along with 1 and 2 Spencer Yard, is set to provide 18,000 sq. ft. of office space.

SMART Balustrades’ Solution

In this dynamic mix of history and modernity, we installed structural glass balustrades with stainless steel capping rails. Our design not only prioritises safety but seamlessly integrates with the eclectic atmosphere of the creative space.
